Giorgio Armani and Emporio Armani - SS14 Collection

Earlier this week, we went to Brussels for the SS14 press days.

Very exciting, because we were invited to discover the new collection of Emporio Armani, as well as Giorgio Armani. Armani is one of our favourite designers. His looks are always so classy, stylish and timeless.
 

Recently 2 new stores opened in Antwerp.

The first one is the Emporio Armani store at 'Hopland' and the second one Armani Jeans at 'Meir'.
Congratulations on that, we're very happy with this acquisition to our city ;-)

Event: Opening Emporio Armani store in Brussels

You can't even imagine how excited we were to be invited for the opening of the new Emporio Armani Store in Brussels! It's a big, beautiful store with 2 levels, designed by King Giorgio himself. They have the EA men and women collection, Armani Jeans, EA7, the underwear collection and a LOT of accessories!

 

The party was off the hook! Lots of pretty fashion people, celebrities, fingerfood and cocktails,...

It was also really cool that the niece of Mr. Armani himself, Roberta Armani, attented the opening here in Belgium.

Live performances added lustre to the party. Ladyhawke came to Belgium specially for this event. Also Søren, a female DJ-duo (one of them is the famous Belgian model Amélie Lens, known for the international MMM for H&M campaign) played a set. They made it even more spectacular.

Outfit post: Blue is the new black

Since I've never been a fan of the color black, I hardly wear it. I'm much more fond of dark blue and navy colors. MUCH more, to say the least: I wear blue predominantly... Everybody has a favorite color for a reason, right?

I was wearing sunglasses by Selected, a striped (black stripes) shirt of Polo Ralph Lauren with a burgundy tie from Zara and a ribbed sweater of Emporio Armani. The belt is Louis Vuitton, suit pants from Zara and the derby shoes I bought on ASOS.
